the game was too hard i couldn't find the instructions whenever i looked for instructions i ended up in some place that didn't have anything important please change

Sorry 'bout that. You can learn how to fly by going to Practice from the car. In the shops you can learn how to use the buttons by clicking on HELP, which is close to the speaker. That's all the explanation I've put: I was hoping the button labels were pretty self-explanatory.
